Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar - 250ml

Drizzled this over roasted strawberries and the raspberry sweetness cut through the balsamic’s aged depth exactly right, not too cloying. The 250ml bottle is generous for how little you need to dress a whole salad.

I swapped it into a simple vinaigrette last night and my salad tasted like something from a nice bistro. The ripe raspberry tartness really balances the aged balsamic depth, and the 250ml bottle is the perfect size to keep on my counter.
