Took this out of the box and it feels solid in the hand—the 12-inch length gives great leverage for stirring a big pot of stew. The natural grain pattern is subtle but pretty, and it's held up fine so far, though I've been careful to hand wash it as the label says.
The grain on this one is absolutely gorgeous, and you can tell it’s genuinely hand-carved because no two spots look the same. It’s sturdy enough for flipping pancakes but light in the hand, and the 12-inch length gives me great reach without strain. Just remember to hand wash it, which is easy enoug
