The Mediterranean herbs really come through without overpowering the pepper, which is exactly what I hoped for. Sprinkled it over pasta with olive oil and it tasted like something from a Greek taverna.
Put this on some roasted chicken last night and the whole kitchen smelled incredible. The Mediterranean herbs come through really nicely, and that peppery kick has real heat without burning you. Easily my new go-to for anything straight off the grill.
