Maintenance:
Hand wash only, not suitable for dishwashers
Occasionally coat with olive oil to prevent the wood from drying out
Do not leave soaking in water or exposed to heat or sunshine
Took this out of the box and it feels solid in the hand—the 12-inch length gives great leverage for stirring a big pot of stew. The natural grain pattern is subtle but pretty, and it's held up fine so far, though I've been careful to hand wash it as the label says.
The grain on this one is absolutely gorgeous, and you can tell it’s genuinely hand-carved because no two spots look the same.
